I relied mostly on visiting open houses when when looking for a property because I did not like agents that only focused on pushing for completion of transaction. Joe has shown his professionalism and demonstrated high ethics in my interaction with him. I met Joe when I called for viewing a property of his listing. Although I was too late for the particular house, I ended up using his service successfully acquiring the current property I owned. I particular like him holding his principle in protecting my interest rather than completing the sales. The best thing is that I ended up saving a few thousand dollars which was not planned.
